Who Can Register?

If you're an Irish Life Health member, you're welcome to register for the Back Up programme by calling 01 562 5150. A case manager will review your case to determine your eligibility for physiotherapy and outline the available treatment options.

You can then select Physiotherapy Solutions as your preferred clinic for personalized patient care.

How It Works

The Irish Life Health Back Up programme offers early intervention for acute neck and back pain, ensuring you receive expert guidance for a prompt recovery and reducing the chances of pain or symptom recurrence. This programme emphasizes complete rehabilitation following an episode of spinal discomfort, covering up to 6 physiotherapy sessions, from initial pain relief through manual therapy to tailored rehabilitation and strengthening exercises.

Upon completion, your physiotherapist will provide Irish Life Health with a discharge summary of your progress.

Cost of the Programme

After an initial phone consultation with a case manager, there is a one-time fee of €65. This payment grants access to up to 6 physiotherapy sessions to support your recovery journey.
